Exploring the Lower section of the Sultan River 8/20/2011 (Class II)

Josh and I went to explore the class II section of the Sultan river that is listed in the Bennett book. It listed it as a good beginner training ground, I could definitely see it as a good first river as long as the levels aren't too high since it is dam released. Levels were at 1270 cfs.
